Ok...perhaps this is not an adventure...but it IS my first blog post. I plan to use this blog for a number of uses: to prove that vegan cooking can be simple and delicious, to boast over various projects I start, whether I finish them or not, and most importantly, to talk randomly of the adventure that my life is with my new sidekick Oliver Maxwell.
My real name is Crystal. I am a 30 year-old stay-at-home-mom married to my wonderful husband, Ken. Oliver Maxwell is our sweet-as-can-be baby boy.
